Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, the shortlisted candidate is responsible for delivering consistent high-quality service to the guests in the following areas:

  • Greet and guide guests to their tables with a professional and positive attitude
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins ensuring that customers gets their preferred seating arrangements without compromising the quality of service by overloading the service crew
  • Attend to customers' request efficiently and effectively
  • Advise guests on menu choices and explain the ingredients used and preparation methods when necessary
  • Manage the restaurant ambience by overseeing factors such as lighting, music or temperature etc
  • Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable experience with the restaurant, especially those who are visiting for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc

Requirements:

  • At least one year(s) of working experience in the related field would be advantageous for this position
  • Entry level who are interested in establishing a career in the F&B industry are welcomed to apply


Salary range: Gross monthly salary ranging from $2000 - $2300 + completion bonus every 6 months (1/2 of basic salary)
