Job Description

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following areas:

  • Manage reservations and walk-ins
  • Advise customers on menu choices
  • Attend to customers' request efficiently and effectively
  • Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests

Requirements:

  • At least one year(s) of relevant experience would be advantageous for the role, candidate with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as well
  • Candidates who are able to contribute to the restaurant individually and as a team player with minimal supervision

Note: Candidates with higher experience may be considered for senior positions (eg. Captain/Supervisor)


Salary range: Gross monthly salary ranging from $1700 - $2100 + completion bonus every 6 months (1/2 basic salary)
